Documents in the better-looking Office could be marked up by typing on the touchscreen with a stylus. The suite will be compatible with tablets that run Windows 8. The screens look less cluttered with icons as well as menus compared to current Office products. The software package is now part of Skype, a voice over IP service provider that allows consumers to collaborate on documents via video conferencing.
Working with the latest version of Windows
A recent version of the fresh and Google Docs optimized Office structure for touchscreens complements Windows 8. Similar to the Windows 8 Start screen, Office has a minimalistic, streamlined look with bolder text content, smaller buttons and icons. This change limits excessive flourishing instead of improving your ability to focus on the work or tasks at hand.
Furthermore, Office is compatible with all editions of Windows 7, but it certainly won’t run on any edition of Windows Vista or XP. Devices running these older editions of Windows should consider upgrading to a newer version of Windows to manage the latest software.
